Before you report a fault

If you rely on a continuous supply of electricity for life support equipment, call our life support priority line 1800 818 832.

Our Outage Tracker shows the current outages we're assessing and repairing. If you can't see your fault you can report it online or by calling 13 17 99.

If you report it online, your fault won't automatically appear on Outage Tracker. We need to assess the report first to make sure the fault isn't already in our system. Please don't report your fault multiple times as this will slow down the process.
